Ov\u0161em dlouhodob\u011b se to udr\u017eet nemohlo.\u00a0\u00a0Porodnost, kter\u00e1 se prudce zvedla po druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce, postupn\u011b poklesla a kles\u00e1 dnes. K\u00a0tomu v\u0161emu se nav\u00edc zvy\u0161uje i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk do\u017eit\u00ed. M\u00e1me tedy situaci, kdy jeden pracuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk ze sv\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed d\u016fchod \u010dty\u0159em lidem, a to nav\u00edc dvakr\u00e1t tak del\u0161\u00ed dobu. St\u00e1t tedy mus\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edvat \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l v\u00edc ze sv\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu, aby na d\u016fchody v\u016fbec bylo, co\u017e vzhledem k\u00a0jeho stavu tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed nic dobr\u00e9ho.\u00a0Bohu\u017eel, reformy d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e1 by byla pot\u0159eba, se nedo\u010dk\u00e1me. D\u016fvodem je hlavn\u011b to, \u017ee by se jednalo o skute\u010dn\u011b velmi nepopul\u00e1rn\u00ed krok, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b mezi d\u016fchodci, kte\u0159\u00ed u n\u00e1s tvo\u0159\u00ed silnou voli\u010dskou skupinu. A to si \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 vl\u00e1da nedovol\u00ed, nebo\u0165 by si t\u00edm v\u00a0podstat\u011b zni\u010dila \u0161ance na dal\u0161\u00ed zvolen\u00ed.
